White teeth in few step

Imagine you are all decked up for a night party. Most expensive dress, stunning jewellery, Cinderella shoes and all the riches. But what if you smile and all your efforts are washed at once, just because you have bad teeth?

Astounding white teeth are every body's fascination but teeth begin to get darker after a certain age. Over the period of time tiny potholes and cracks naturally form in the teeth. At the same time enamel gets thinner which will lead to more dentin- a yellowish inner layer of the tooth beneath the enamel.

Below are some quick home remedies that can help get rid of those ugly stains and other tooth related problems.

• Scrubbing the bark of walnut tree will also help to remove teeth stains.

• Make a paste made from toothpaste and baking soda and spread it on an aluminium foil. Cover the teeth with the foil and leave it for an hour. Brush the teeth afterwards. Repeat this twice a week.

• Rub teeth with the inner white part of an orange peel for a lovely white shine.

• Eating apple after meal is the easiest and most preferable method to get rid of yellow teeth. Other foods like celery and carrots scrubs away the stubborn stains effectively.

• Gargling the teeth with a cup of water containing a half teaspoonful of rock salts prevents all tooth problems.

• Brush your teeth with apple cider vinegar every night.

• Rub the paste made of half teaspoon of bi-carbonate and soda on your teeth.

• Drink water after eating any food or beverage like coffee or blueberries that causes stains. Water will help in preventing stains from accumulating.

Below are few kitchen products that can also help:

Homemade tooth paste: One of the better home recipes for whiter teeth is a mix a pinch of baking soda with few drops of mustard oil. Massage well before going to bed. Use of this would remove all stains in just 15 days.

Baking Soda: An old-time preferred, baking soda has many purposes, counting on tooth whitening. Most dentists agree that it's safe to use and works fairly quickly. You can use it alone on a damp toothbrush or mix it with toothpaste to help neutralize the salty taste.

Hydrogen Peroxide: One of the most popular home remedies, peroxide, is cheap and most people have it on hand. Probability is, you will feel some blazing in your gums, but you'll be left with clean, whiter teeth. Normally, most people will see results within a couple of weeks but it can happen much sooner. It's also safe to gargle, but don't swallow.

Strawberries: Not many people are aware that strawberries restrain natural teeth whitening agents and the seeds work great for cleaning. Since they also contain sugar and acids, it's vital to brush immediately afterwards with a fluoride toothpaste. For simple and quick application, you can either rub the strawberry against your teeth, or mash it up and use it like toothpaste.

Wood Ash: Strange as it may sound, hard wood ash helps whiten teeth. It contains potassium hydroxide, a compound that will bleach your teeth. The tiny crystals scrape off plague in hard to reach places and will scrub them clean. However, using wood ash often or scrubbing too hard can wear down your tooth enamel, so it's best to avoid using it for long periods of time. To apply it to your teeth, you can put it directly on your toothbrush or mix it with a small amount of toothpaste.
